Installing the Machine Health Monitor is fast, clean, and completely non-invasive. The compact base station mounts neatly near your existing control panel and plugs right into standard 120V power. From there, clamp-on current sensors snap securely around each motor lead — no cutting, splicing, or landing wires required. The vibration and temperature sensors attach directly to your assets using an industrial adhesive or strong magnet, making placement simple and allowing for temporary or trial installs when needed. Once powered, the system automatically streams data over Wi-Fi or cellular to the cloud dashboard and starts building insight right away with a professional install that takes minutes, not hours.
