Installing our crane monitoring device is simple and hassle-free, designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing equipment. The compact unit mounts neatly beside your current bridge control panels, where it taps into standard 120V crane control power and the crane’s main contactor switching signal. From there, the device connects to each VFD and load cell using reliable Modbus communication, allowing it to gather accurate, real-time performance data without disrupting your operations. The result is a clean, professional installation that quickly unlocks powerful insights into crane health, usage, and efficiency.
